Publish With Us

Pitch Us Your Book.

We're looking for practitioners and leaders who've lived inside the decisions they want to write about — not observers describing them from a distance.

What We Publish

FIG IQ Publishing brings forward ideas at the intersection of leadership, technology, and human judgment — books written from inside the decisions they describe, by people who've actually made them. The AI Arena draws on live sport to reframe how leaders think about trust and judgment in the age of AI. The Fire That Drives turns the logic of chess into a working framework for business decision-making. Different domains, same pattern: real-world expertise translated into ideas a leader can actually use.

What We're Looking For

  • A practitioner's vantage point. You've operated inside the field you're writing about — not studied it from the outside.
  • A clear, ownable thesis. We're not looking for a survey of existing knowledge; we're looking for an argument only you could make.
  • Relevance to leadership, technology, or human judgment under pressure — the questions that matter when the stakes are real and the outcome isn't settled yet.
  • A voice built for executives, entrepreneurs, and decision-makers: direct, well-argued, no padding.
  • A willingness to work through a genuine editorial process. We publish to a standard, not just a schedule.

We also work with authors on new editions of previously published books that deserve a wider audience and sharper positioning — as we did with The Fire That Drives.

How to Pitch

Send us a short proposal and we'll take it from there. Include:

  1. 1A one-to-two-page overview: your core thesis, why it matters now, and why you're the person to write it.
  2. 2A chapter outline or table of contents, even in draft form.
  3. 3Your background — the practice or experience the book draws from.
  4. 4A sample chapter or excerpt, if you have one. Not required, but it helps.

Send it to [email protected] with the subject line "Book Pitch: [Your Title]".

What Happens Next

Every submission is read personally. If there's a fit, we'll follow up to talk it through — no automated rejections, no black hole.
