Jyoti Bhardwaj founded FIG IQ with a clear conviction: that the most important ideas sit at the crossroads of culture, technology, and human judgment — and that those ideas deserve a home built to bring them forward with rigour and ambition.

FIG IQ is the expression of that conviction. At its center is FIG IQ Publishing, working with thinkers, practitioners, and leaders who are operating at the edge of what is known — and helping them reach the audiences who need to hear what they have to say. That work grew out of Jyoti's earlier practice in Live Intelligence — studying how leaders make consequential decisions in real time, under pressure, across sport, business, and markets — the same terrain that shaped FIG IQ's first books, including The AI Arena.

Her own background sits squarely in that intersection: a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, a foundation in Computer Science Engineering, and a decade spent building and scaling real-time product platforms. That's the practical grounding behind FIG IQ's conviction — not an abstract belief, but a working knowledge of how technical systems and human judgment actually have to operate together under pressure.

Jyoti brings to FIG IQ a deep belief that the future belongs to organisations that combine intellectual seriousness with cultural fluency — and that the best work happens when those two things are held together without compromise.
